City of Lubbock Communications & Marketing Department to Premiere New Original Podcast Docuseries: LBK Rhythm & Roots

The City of Lubbock Communications & Marketing Department is excited to announce its new original docuseries of, and in partnership with, LBK Rhythm & Roots Podcast, highlighting local musicians and venues. This program will air on the City’s public cable channel, MyLBK Connect, as well as on the City’s YouTube channel beginning Friday, May 5, at 5 p.m.
The artists featured in the first five episodes have been announced:
- (5/5/2023) Episode 1: Meet the hosts! Jason Robertson & Rhonda Taylor of the Hub City Radicals (LBK Rhythm & Roots Podcast Hosts)
- (5/5/2023) Episode 2: Robert Lopez at Claraboya Scratch Kitchen + Bar
- (5/12/2023) Episode 3: Dillon Cassidy at Pub 50
- (5/19/2023) Episode 4: Kelly Hastey at Mi Taco Village
- (5/26/2023) Episode 5: Texas 114 at The Escondido Grill
