Pavement Improvement Project to Start Wednesday

Beginning Wednesday, October 26, Ti-Zack Concrete, Inc., under contract with the City of Lubbock, will begin the third phase of pavement replacement on North Overton streets. This will require Avenue X, from Marsha Sharp Freeway to Mac Davis Lane, to be closed completely. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place around the work zone. Motorists are urged to find alternate routes. This phase will take approximately six weeks for to complete depending on weather and construction.
