LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech will open its Big 12 home slate with a 2:30 p.m. kickoff on Sept. 21 against Arizona State inside Jones AT&T Stadium. Television coverage will be provided nationally on FS1.
The FS1 selection will mark back-to-back weeks on the network with North Texas next on the schedule, Sept. 14, at 11 a.m. Fans not using standard cable services can also access the game from their mobile or streaming device by using the FOX Sports app.

The Sept. 21 contest will be the league opener for both schools with Arizona State making its debut in the Big 12 Conference. Arizona State’s two wins came in the 1999 season opener and a 68-55 shootout in 2016 in Tempe.

Tickets can be purchased online at TexasTech.com or by speaking to a ticket sales representative at 806-742-TECH.

Television selections are generally made on a 12-day basis throughout the regular season by the Big 12’s television partners FOX and ESPN. Additional game times will be announced in the coming weeks via Texas Tech’s social media platforms.
