Roni’s Mac Bar, a customizable mac and cheese bar, is coming soon to Lubbock! Founders Frank and Mary Senese decided to open their own restaurant business which later became Roni’s Mac Bar. The restaurant’s location in Lubbock is to be announced, along with the opening date.
At Roni’s, one can build one’s own mac and cheese bowl, and add customizations such as pulled pork, pepper jack cheese, and jalapenos. Or one can choose cheddar cheese, bacon, and broccoli.
