Dumas City Commission To Meet Tuesday

The Dumas City Commission will meet Tuesday morning at 11:30 in Chambers at 124 East 7th Street. They will discuss and consider the following; an effluent Water Supply Agreement with Diamond Shamrock Refining, amending rates and charges for Natural Gas Services, amending rates and charges for Garbage Services and a Utility Franchise and Service agreement with Plains Internet, LLC. The Commission will consider a variance request from Oscar and Connie Martinez, a bid for a Type One Landfill Overhead Door and adding an authorized representative for the Local Government Investment Cooperative. The Commission will hear City Staff reports, the City Manager's Report, Commission reports and Public Comments.
