Keep Lubbock Beautiful 2026 Lubbock’s Leading Landscape Winner
The Keep Lubbock Beautiful Program (KLB), with its partners at the City of Lubbock Water Utilities Department and Solid Waste Department, is proud to announce the winner for the 2026 title of Lubbock’s Leading Landscape.
This title recognizes businesses or non-profit organizations whose landscaping promotes water smart practices, seeking to be a good neighbor by protecting this precious resource. Nominees were selected and debated on by the KLB Board until a winner was selected. Criteria included in choosing the nominated landscapes are more plants than grass, native and/or drought tolerant species and well-maintained planting beds.
Three properties were selected and presented for consideration this year: Guadalupe-Parkway Neighborhood Centers at 405 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., BlueSky Orthodontics at 12125 Salisbury Blvd., and Victory Bank at 4401 Marsha Sharp Freeway.
Guadalupe-Parkway Neighborhood Centers was selected as the 2026 recipient of Lubbock’s Leading Landscape, followed by BlueSky Orthodontics and then Victory Bank. The KLB Board thanks all of our nominees for allowing us to feature their properties.
Guadalupe-Parkway Neighborhood Centers will be recognized at 3:15pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 onsite of the winning landscape. The public is invited to celebrate this good neighbor with us and to visit all of our nominated landscapes.
