PCSO arrested Sammie Nugent, age 74 Monday at 6:30pm at Amarillo Blvd and Washington for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1.

Deputies arrested 24-year-old Montana Kyng Peirce Monday at 12Noon in the 3600 block of Northeast 9th for Criminal Trespass, bond was assessed at $500. Potter County S.O. arrested Elias Galan Rivera, age 56 Monday at 1:23pm in the 3500 block of Amarillo Blvd East for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1. PCSO arrested 42-year-old Ashley Monique Russell Monday morning at 9 in the 3600 block of Amarillo Blvd-East for Theft of Property greater than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions.
