Hawaiian Bros Island Grill is opening up in Lubbock! Currently, the opening date is unknown, but the grill will open at 5501 off Slide.
Hawaiian Bros is the place to go when wanting to experience the flavors of Hawaii. Some of the dishes and treats at Hawaiian Bros include Huli Huli Chicken, a teriyaki chicken dish, Luau Pig, slow roasted pork, Pacific Island Salad, Macaroni Salad, Spam Musubi, soft serve, and more! Hawaii’s work force grew while the pineapple and sugar plantations grew, and by the 1950s, the plate lunch had grown in popularity; the plate lunch now consists of meat, white rice, and macaroni salad.
