City of Lubbock Announces Publication of Latest PAFR, and Recent Award Recognition

The City of Lubbock is pleased to announce the publication of the Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) for fiscal year 2023 (FY23). The PAFR is published to increase public awareness about the City’s financial condition in a format that is easy to read and understand.

The City of Lubbock received the Award for Outstanding Achievement for the FY22 PAFR from the Government Finance Officers Association. To be eligible for the PAFR Award, the City’s report was reviewed by judges who evaluated it based on reader appeal, understandability, creativity and other elements.
