Garden and Arts Center 53rd Annual Fall Arts & Crafts Festival

The 53rd Annual Fall Festival will take place Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on the front lawn of the Garden & Arts Center located at 4215 University Avenue.  The event features more than 50 vendors selling handmade craft items and fine art.  This year’s Fall Festival will include live entertainment, a variety of food trucks, free art activities for kids, and art demonstrations in the Garden & Arts Center Studio.  This family friendly event is free of charge.

On view in the Garden & Arts Center Cultural Hall gallery during Fall Festival will be two exhibits – Art, Environment, Sustainability featuring artists from the School of Art, Texas Tech University and Clark Family School of Environment & Sustainability, Western Colorado University; and Special Needs Art Class Student Exhibition featuring a collection of pastel artworks made by students of artist Henry Salley.

The Lubbock Municipal Garden and Arts Center strives to offer an array of fun and comprehensive classes and events for all ages, from basic classes in painting, drawing and photography, to specialized classes such as ceramics.  The center is located at 4215 University Avenue.
