Lubbock ISD: Law Enforcement Training at Matthews

The Lubbock ISD administration has given the Lubbock Police Department permission to conduct law enforcement training this week at the former Matthews Academy High School building at 412 N. Akron. The training will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 5 and will conclude at the end of the day on Tuesday, February 6. Community members may see an increased number of law enforcement vehicles at the building; there is no cause for concern.
